I’m located just outside Nerang, will you still renovate my bathroom?
Absolutely. We don’t discriminate based on location and will always do our best to find a solution. If you’re too far away, we may refer you to our partner company, Best Bathrooms Brisbane, or include a small cost within the quote for petrol expenses of bringing materials to your site. However, you’ll always be informed of such costs before signing off on the quote—Goldy Bathrooms doesn’t spring expenses on our clients. How long will it take to renovate my bathroom?
This depends greatly on the scope and requirements of your project. If your renovation is just a small touch up or installation, it can be done in a heartbeat. Given that most of our projects are full renovations, it takes longer than that. Based on our last 70 projects in the past 2 years, you can expect your bathroom renovation to take between 3 and 4 weeks. One thing to consider—if your project needs custom materials to be ordered from interstate or overseas, this can affect the completion time!
My home in Nerang is quite old. Will this affect the renovation?
We are proficient in building bathrooms, laundries or showers in any space. After 18 years in the industry, it’s safe to say we have serviced all types of buildings. In older buildings, we understand there’s an added incentive to maintain the character and style of the building and always keep this in mind during our design and renovation process. Heritage-listed buildings and other traditional Nerang homes may incur extra costs due to the nature of the job, but we can go into greater detail in our free consultation!
How much will it cost to renovate my bathroom?
This all depends on the size and scope of your project. Some smaller renovations can be as low as a few thousand, higher-end full remodels can easily be over $25,000 (Incl. GST). When we provide a free quote, our team will accurately be able to give you a figure to work from before our final detailed price. To give you an idea, in the past 24 months we’ve done 70 bathroom renovations and the average cost of these projects was between $15,500 and $27,000  (Incl. GST). Keep in mind these prices cover the entirety of the project, from labour, premium materials and cleaning.
I have two bathrooms needing renovation, is there a discount on larger jobs?
This is something that can be discussed during the quotation and planning phase of your project. Usually larger projects do receive discounts in the form of wholesale price reductions, which we pass on to you. If your project demands more workers over a longer period of time, there are pricing packages our team will be happy to discuss in your free consultation.
